DISNEY GETAWAY BLAST - APPLE ARCADE
Your privacy is important to us, and we take our responsibility of caring for it seriously.
This Privacy Policy is specific to Gameloft’s game Disney Getaway Blast, offered on Apple Arcade. It describes what information Gameloft collects and how we use, disclose, transfer, and store it (when necessary). If you do not want Gameloft to collect, store, use or share your information in the ways described in this Privacy Policy, you may not be able to use our Services (as described below).
Gameloft SE, including its subsidiary companies (“Gameloft”, “we”), collects, stores, and uses your information as a data controller in connection with, and in order to provide and develop, Gameloft’s game Disney Getaway Blast (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) in accordance with this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).
The Services available on Apple Arcade, whether used on mobile devices (such as iPhone and iPad), are governed by this Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you hereby consent to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 1, 2023.

1 – Information We Collect: Purposes and Uses
To provide you with and to operate the Services, we rely on your authentication within Apple’s Game Center via your Game Center ID. After verifying your authentication, we immediately proceed to the anonymization of your Game Center ID.
If you are authenticated in Apple’s Game Center, you will be able to access in-game limited-time events. However, if you are not authenticated and/or if we are unable to verify your authentication in Apple’s Game Center, in-game limited-time events will be unavailable.
If you play in online mode, your progress will be saved on Apple’s services, such as iCloud (this refers to game saves, which include information such as the levels played and completed, wins and losses, rewards, etc.). Please note that the game is also available in offline mode. When you play in offline mode, your game progress will be saved locally (on your device), and only saved to iCloud in online mode.
If you are authenticated in Apple’s Game Center, we will also collect aggregated analytics data pertaining to your participation in the game, for the legitimate purposes of operating and improving the game services. Please note that this data does not qualify as “personal data” and that these operations do not require your consent. Please note that if you are not authenticated and/or if we are unable to verify your authentication in Apple’s Game Center and/or if the player is a Child (as defined in Section 4 herein), we will disable the collection of aggregated analytics information by default.
In any case, please note that our game does not include social features, nor the associated collection of data for the purpose of providing social features.
Please note that additional safeguards apply when the users are Children (Section 4).
Should you contact our Customer Care or Data Protection Teams for privacy requests, we may collect your personal data (such as your name, email address and/or phone number, or proof of identity), in order to analyze your request and to solve it.
2 – How we retain your information
You may delete your game progress from your iCloud account at any time.
Customer Care-related personal data will be stored for the necessary time to handle your request, and for a maximum of thirty (30) days after the case is closed.
3 – How we share your information
We do not share personal data with other Gameloft entities and/or with any third parties.
4 – Children
The game’s content and features are suitable for young audiences.
In order to offer the safest experience to all players, we rely on the Game Center authentication process (as described in Section 1) to determine whether or not the player is an underage user.
In such case, we apply an additional safeguard to disable the collection of game-analytics information relating to underage users’ gameplay.
Please note that limited-time events will still be available for underage users, as this feature does not involve the collection of any additional personal data.
As explained in Section 1 above, we also apply these safeguards by default to all users that are not authenticated within Apple’s Game Center.
For any privacy requests or for any questions regarding the commitments described in this Section 4, we strongly encourage parents and/or legal guardians of underage users to reach out to our Customer Care or Data Protection Teams (please refer to Section 9 – How to contact us).
5 – Information Security
We do not collect personal data within the framework of provision and operation of this game. However, please note that where applicable, our general privacy standards are to implement security measures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain information security, and correctly use anonymous information collected through our activities and services. Where applicable, we take, and force applicable third parties to take, reasonable precautions to protect our players’ anonymous information against loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration, and destruction. As a general statement, we invite players to please remember that no transmission of information over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
6 – Your rights
Should you have questions regarding our Privacy Policy, our privacy standards and practices and/or the way your information is handled pursuant to this Privacy Policy, you may contact us via the addresses provided under Section 9 – How to contact us hereunder. Parents or legal guardians must reach out to us and exercise their rights for their children.
7 – Changes to our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event that we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, they will be re-posted in the "Privacy" section of our websites and apps with the date the modifications were made indicated at the top of the page. Therefore, please review this Privacy Policy from time to time so that you are aware when any changes are made to it. Your continued use of the Services after such change(s) constitutes your acceptance of any such change(s), and if you do not accept any changes, you may choose not to use the Services. Should you seek further information about any recent changes made, please send your request to DataProtectionSupport@gameloft.com and include “Information about Changes” in the subject line.
8 – Legal disclaimer
Our Services operate AS IS, and we do not represent or warrant that our Services will be available at all times, or that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for your ability to access the Services or for matters beyond our control. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of your country of residence. Any dispute arising from the use of the Services shall be submitted to the competent courts of your country of residence.
