Gameloft Compliance Program

Gameloft, a subsidiary of the Vivendi Group dedicated to publishing videogames, is committed to the values of ethics and compliance. At Gameloft, all employees are required to comply with the laws and regulations in the countries in which they operate. Gameloft and all its subsidiaries worldwide (the “Gameloft Group”)’s commitment in this regard is reflected in the implementation of a Compliance Program that covers anti-corruption and corporate social responsibility matters, as well as obligations for monitoring the Gameloft Group’s business activities.

SUSTAINABLE PURCHASING POLICY

As part of its commitments relating to compliance matters and corporate social responsibility, Gameloft implemented a “Sustainable Purchasing Policy” which presents the key principles applicable to purchasing and supply chain activities. Based on the development of ethical and sustainable business relationships and the objective of maintaining a constructive dialogue, it sets out the Gameloft Group’s expectations in ethical, social and environmental matters. For Gameloft, compliance with this policy is a substantial condition of a commercial relationship. The Gameloft Group requests from its suppliers to formally commit to high ethical standards and to ensure that human rights are protected.
