Take history into your own hands while following the path of the “Third Crusade”. Decide where to pledge your allegiance by siding with the mighty Richard I "The Lionheart" or the great Ayyubid sultan Saladin. Complete this history narrative event successfully to unlock one of them as your new trusty Champion.

The story guides you through a number of missions, each one requiring the player to interact with World Map objects to complete.

Completing a mission presents the player with a choice, and based on that choice, the player is rewarded with a bonus or a perk. Those choices also have an influence on the final story mission. The entire story is available for a limited time and must be completed before it expires. Going to another Realm resets any Personal Story progress made.
