As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead recruitment efforts for the Gameloft Brisbane Studio, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent to support the studio's continued growth. Following the launch of our new Carmen Sandiego game, we are now working on two exciting, unannounced projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, from opening job positions to successfully onboarding new team members, while collaborating with Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Studio Directors to understand recruitment needs across departments and develop customized strategies, particularly in a growing studio
- Leverage market insights on salary trends to adjust or create competitive salary bands, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Lead employer branding initiatives with the Communication Specialist to position Gameloft as a top employer in the Australian gaming industry.
