We're in search of a seasoned Animator to join our dedicated team. Your captivating animations will breathe life into characters, environments, and various assets, contributing to the development of immersive gaming experiences through a collaborative design approach.

Responsibilities:

• Create believable, high-quality animations and implement them in games
• Collaborate closely with the Game Designer and Art Director throughout the game creation process
• Offer guidance and instruction to junior animators, fostering their growth and development
• Uphold and elevate the standards for animation quality
• Work with the Lead Artist to organize and oversee tasks assigned, ensuring efficient progress and timely delivery of animation assets.
• Take a leadership role in nurturing a culture of innovation and originality within the animation team.
• Propose imaginative ideas and innovative solutions to overcome animation challenges
• Coordinate with Character Artists to ensure characters meet the necessary animation requirements
• Collaborate with your lead and Art Director in defining animation styles and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
• Contribute significantly to the creation of exceptional animations for our games.
