We are pleaced to announce the first-ever Ferrari HP Esports Asphalt Series competition for Asphalt Legends Unite, offering racers a chance to prove their skills and take home a share of €20,000 in cash, €5,000 in prizes, and the prestigious title of world’s best Asphalt Legends Unite player. This competition introduces cross-play esports to the franchise, allowing participants from any platform—including Xbox, PlayStation, PC, iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch—to join in and compete.

The series will unfold across four time-limited qualifying events, each featuring a different iconic Ferrari model, with no entry barriers or limits on attempts. These rounds include races with the Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale (August 15-22), the Ferrari 488 Challenge Evo (August 29-September 4), the Ferrari 599XX Evo (September 5-11), and the Ferrari FXX K (September 12-18). 

The eight fastest racers will advance to the finals on December 18, which will take place live at Ferrari Land in PortAventura World, Salou, Spain, featuring the Ferrari 499P Modificata. Participants can compete for the main prize pool and a range of Ferrari-themed rewards simply by registering and racing.

According to Camilo Polimeni, Senior Partnerships Project Manager at Gameloft Barcelona, this event represents a significant milestone for the Asphalt franchise. “The Ferrari HP Esports Asphalt Series, our very first fully cross-play esports event for Asphalt Legends Unite, marks an important evolution for the franchise and finally brings all of our players together under a single competition thanks to the game’s cross-play support,” Polimeni stated. The collaboration with Ferrari not only elevates the competition but also gives players access to some of the most legendary Ferrari cars ever made, contributing to a unique experience.

Since 2019, Ferrari has consistently expanded its esports efforts, culminating in the Scuderia Ferrari HP Esports Team and the Ferrari HP Esports Series, solidifying its position as a leader in virtual racing. The Ferrari HP Esports Asphalt Series marks a new chapter in this journey, combining Ferrari’s motorsport heritage with the vibrant and diverse gaming ecosystem that Asphalt Legends Unite offers.

The competition also highlights Asphalt Legends Unite’s broader evolution. The game now boasts cross-platform capabilities, improved co-op features, enhanced graphics, a reimagined garage system, and a streamlined user interface.
